Well seaid. Many people in the south, I live in Southern Louisiana, feel that only folks that are white, bright and christian should have rights.

tough question. i feel the force and insight of the quote, but at the same time wonder about constitution and the effect of "imposed" structures in which we grow up and form our 'political rights'.
